Corrie Saunders grew up in a life of privilege. But she gave it all up for Jarrod, her Army husband, a man she knew was a hero and she wanted to spend the rest of her life with him. She just didn’t expect him to sacrifice his life taking on an Iraqi suicide bomber. Several months after his death goes back to the home that Jarrod inherited. Corrie does not want to live without her hero Jarrod. Eli,Jarrod’s cousin, is helping Corrie fix up the inherited house. When Eli, a Christian, suspects that Corrie is getting into dangerous things when she begans to belive that she is seeing JArrod from the beyond and she wants him to come back. Eli trys to convince Corrie to move on and and put her trust in God.

I thought this book was pretty good, but kind of boring at times. I recommand it to young adults who enjoy seeing the phycological christian viws on different issues. I found the book really good at the start but kind of dragged on at the end and became boring at times.
